"The previous company would come out, reset the lift and leave. The lift would be out of order again within days. Caledonian Lifts attended to our lift on Monday and spent a bit of time investigating the root problem. Turns out there was a faulty circuit board in the control panel which he has replaced. I happened to bump into the engineer on Monday who showed me, and talked me through what he had done.
