All repairs and modifications carried out by Caledonian Lift Services are guaranteed. In the case of planned repairs and modifications, we are so confident in our ability to get it right first time that we will remedy any defects from the work we originally carried out at no cost to you.
Where reactive breakdown attendance is required, in the unlikely event that your lift fails a second time from the same cause as previous, we will carry out any necessary repairs at our own expense.
